How to Place and Order


Ordering Livestock:

To order livestock we recommend that your view our inventory online and make a list of your selections. Once you have narrowed your list down to items you wish to purchase we request that you email us at support@cteaquatics.com so that we can verify our inventory and confirm your selections. Once we confirm your order availability we will then process your order and charge your credit card. We do not recommend that you order online and checkout prior to our verification of inventory. It is our intention to avoid having to issue refunds to credit cards unnecessarily.

While this method isn't the traditional way of processing online orders we prefer to provide superior service by allowing one of our professional aquarists to personally verify our inventory and be sure that the animals that we do have in stock are in good condition prior to allowing a customer to purchase them.


Ordering Dry Goods:

To order dry goods simply add items to your cart and complete the checkout process online.


Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email from CTE Aquatics shortly thereafter.
